Retail Field Operative - Home based to cover North of England £20,000 to £28,000 plus company car and benefits CEWE Group is the European leader in innovative photo and online print services. We deal direct with consumers and through a number of high-profile retail partners. The Group operates in 24 European countries with 3,800 employees and over €651 million annual revenue. From photo books to prints, wall art to gifts, we help turn our customers’ favourite photos into something extra special. Our UK operation is based in Royal Leamington Spa and houses some of the very latest in printing technology, delivering millions of photo products each year. We are proud to have secured a very significant contract with a major UK retailer with over 1,000 stores to provide all of their photo services and products for the UK market. This role will support the retail outlets within a defined region, offering the highest quality customer care and training. There will be photo kiosks in every store and minor maintenance and repair, with remote problem-solving support and remote monitoring will also form part of the role. In-store branding, and signage and stock levels will need to be updated, installed and reflect the high brand values of CEWE and this high-profile retail partner. You will need to be: Experienced in covering a larger geographical area, planning time efficiently and with high levels of energy and enthusiasm, your background need not be specifically in a retail support role Able to learn basic maintenance and repair skills, prior experience in maintenance and repair is not necessary, training and support will be given Passionate about providing an exceptional retailer and customer experience Able to identify and feedback potential issues and possible new opportunities This role represents a great opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of the CEWE business.
