The role will take a 360-degree approach to the recruitment of key professionals and will include: Identifying and establishing solid relationships with both clients and candidates. Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates. Advertising for and reviewing applications, short-listing candidates, reviewing applications and interviewing applicants. Using sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business and enhance client awareness. Managing the interview process. Salary and package negotiation.
