Lettings Negotiator - £22K Basic £44K OTE Pool car and company phone provided Our client is one of the market leaders in the Chelsea area. Our high end client is seeking a driven and intelligent Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years Lettings experience. The candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed. In return our client is more than happy to pay a generous basic salary and a strong commission structure.
