Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Derby - Salary Negotiable dependent on experience My client is an established, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand covering the Derbyshire area dealing with the mid to upper end of the market who pride themselves on their quality service and staff professionalism. They are a modern and forward thinking brand whilst retaining traditional qualities of Estate Agency They offer fantastic earning potential along with an exciting opportunity to join an ever growing brand you can continue to progress further in. Due to continued growth my client is now seeking an experienced and professional Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their busy Derby office. Your main responsibilities within this role will include: ·Arranging and conducting Viewings ·Successfully negotiating offers ·Progressing sales through to a swift completion. ·Maintaining regular communication with all Vendors advising and informing them on their sale. ·Maintaining regular communication with purchasers ensuring they are aware of all suitable properties. Key Skills • Estate Agency Experience is ESSENTIAL • Well Presented and Well Spoken • A team player with excellent organisational skills • Exceptional customer service skills Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Alternate Saturdays 9am - 2pm with time off in lieu
