Job Title - Motor Insurance Executive - Fleet and Haulage Insurance Contract - Permanent Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 Commission, OTE Year one GBP 35,0000 Location - Coventry Industry - Insurance Broker (Insurance, Fleet Insurance, Haulage Insurance, Personal Lines Insurance, Commercial, Commercial Account Handler) ____________________________________________________________________________ Our client, an award winning Commercial Insurance Broker, are looking to grow their Motor division by hiring a new business executive. Although this is a sales role there is no cold calling. The Role:- The role exists for a proven New Business Executive to join an expanding team within a brokerage based in Coventry. This role will see you targeting new and existing clients initially for Motor Fleet, Haulage, Motor trade and Personal Motor insurance Duties:- Undertake sales activities ensuring delivery of sales and marketing targets Working within a tight nit team who pride themselves on their reputation within the market and be expected to work at this standard Cross sell across multiple areas of insurance and identify potential new marketing avenues Role Requirements:- Insurance qualifications preferred; Knowledge of the Motor Insurance; Computer literate; Knowledge of sales processes within relevant market; Good product and technical knowledge; Ability to work in a team/team player; Excellent communication, time management, negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills; Account management skills. Benefits:- Initial Salary - GBP20,000 -GBP25,000 Commission depending on experience. (OTE GBP35K) Hours - 9-5 Mon -Fri NO WEEKENDS 23 Days Holiday Bank Holidays CII Industry Qualifications Paid for. Pay Rise 12 month period depending on results.
