Overview

My client a well-established global marketing firm are looking for a fluent French and English Customer service and telesales advisor to work within their modern offices in Leeds or Harrogate. The role will involve working 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday For this role we require candidates who are 100% fluent in both written and oral French/English languages. The role will involve but will not be limited to: Following up on enquiries and warm leads from global partners Handling sensitive account information Cross promotion and up selling of services Dealing with a wide variety of customers & products Excellent relationship building skills Please note the ideal candidate will need to be evidence at least 2 years' experience working within a customer service role, the company are open on experience from various industries as full training will be provided on their products and services. In exchange my client is offering a starting salary between £17,500 - £19,000 with realistic OTE of £40,000 paid in monthly commission.
