Overview
Team Support are pleased to be recruiting an Assistant Manager for our client based in Washington. Key Responsibility: In this role you will be expected to deliver first class customer service whilst assisting in all aspects of this thriving small business, from day to day operations including business development. You must be comfortable to work in both an office and ware house environment. The role will involve the following: Assisting with the day to day running of the entire business. Motivate and Enable the full team, from sales through to admin, to drivers and installers. Caring for our existing extensive customer base and development of new business in conjunction with the sales team. Increase productivity and sales. Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30, hours as required. What you can expect in return A negotiable basic salary in and around the £22K area depending on experience. Profit Share dependable upon sales growth. The role requires a person who has excellent communication skills across the board. You will need to be able to recruit, lead, manage, motivate and organize staff within all aspects of the business to maximize growth, reduce costs and increase productivity. The role requires a hard working flexible individual who wants to excel in their role and is hungry to achieve an uncapped bonus. Job Type: Full-time Salary: £22,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year plus performance related bonus
