Sales Negotiator - Didsbury - £17k plus commission This is a superb opportunity to join a very successful, multi branch independent Estate agency and Lettings brand based out of their office in Didsbury. They have built a business based on delivering exceptionally high end service coupled with a first class customer experience. Due to continued growth in the business, they are now looking for a polished and well presented Sales Negotiator who is ambitious, motivated and keen to progress a career within the property industry. You will need to be confident in dealing with all clients and be passionate about delivering the best customer service experience. Sales Negotiator Duties: ·Registering applicants and booking viewings ·Carry out Viewings and negotiate offers ·Cross selling on other services including financial services and solicitors ·Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to Sales Negotiator Essential Skills: ·Estate Agency Experience preferred but not essential ·Excellent communication skills ·A team player with excellent organisational skills ·You must have a full UK driving licence and car ·Extremely Well presented and well spoken
