Market sectors include education, health, MOD, commercial and residential. Manufacturer of joinery products for the building and construction industry they have an excellent reputation with Clients, Architects and Main Contractors, renowned for quality. Excellent opportunity to join a professional, friendly and progressive firm, in their modern offices on their manufacturing site. The main route to market being Architects and Main Contractors. You will need to be an enthusiastic, dynamic and professional sales and business development executive. Sales Executive BDM Construction and Building Industry Sales of high-end quality products Making, sourcing and attending appointments focusing on Main Contractors, architects and sub-contractors, visiting clients and new prospects. Building relationships with main contractors, sub-contractors and architects either on site, at head office or at their own offices. Negotiating framework agreements with main contractors and sub-contractors. Discussing the technical aspects of a projects together with cost implications. (Excellent Head Office support) Responsible for generating new business and dealing with an existing client base. Dealing with both the commercial and residential market. Previous experience in sales and business development with recent experience with the construction industry.
