Overview
We are looking for a strong personality with passion for Swiss mechanical watches who will confidently manage the Flagship London Boutique. The Role You will be responsible for the complete organisation of the Boutique and lead the sales team. You have full responsibility to achieve the target, drive the sales team and their individual performance and supervise the after sales service. You must possess professional communication and coordination skills - on and offline. You will further develop the local prominence of UK’s first Boutique through organising special events throughout the year and treat customer entertaining as a key focus of the boutique. You have exceptional organisational skills to secure efficiency in achieving targets, the day-to-day business and are confident to lead the team and run the store. Very good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are a must.
