About Us iSubC Diving Equipment Ltd is currently seeking an operations/general manager with excellent IT skills. iSubC has quickly grown to become a globally recognised supplier of commercial diving equipment. iSubC comprises a small but growing team and are looking for a new team member with enthusiasm and drive to help shape the future of the business. Duties and Responsibilties Will be expected to work alongside the directors to lead the business with responsibility for day to day management, quotations/pricing, stock management, design, compliance, building control and health and safety. Expected to work autonomously and manage own diary. Willingness to take on a variety of roles due to working for a smaller business. Hands on role providing overall day to day management of key business functions including sales order management, liaising with customers and suppliers by telephone and email, processing goods inwards and disciplined stock control to ensure stock integrity is maintained. Processing outbound customer deliveries and overseas shipments including generating export paperwork. Develop and document standard operating procedures to ensure all business operations are carried out with a mindset of getting things right the first time. iSubC prides itself on generating repeat business through exceeding the customers expectations and going the extra mile. Develop internal and external I.T. systems , to support scalable business growth, increase efficiency and improve the overall customer experience. Will be expected to learn and regularly use ERP system 'Unleashed'. Develop the internal management information reporting to provide accurate on demand data analysis of all areas of the business to monitor business performance through implementation of key performance indicators. D eveloping the online presence of the business and marketing collateral . There will also be a requirement to attend tradeshows and exhibitions when required. Help to develop the team and provide training for new starters. Work with management team to regularly review business progress against strategy and objectives which have been set. Research competitors and identify opportunities to win new business.
