A progressive and dynamic company operating in the FMCG arena has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team based in Egham, Junction 13 M25. Their product range encompasses many sectors including retail, wholesale and foodservice. Due to their expanding product portfolio and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to strengthen their sales team through the acquisition of ambitious and driven individual. Reporting to the Sales Director, you must have a demonstrable track record in sales success (particularly new business) pipeline management and the capability to negotiate and present at all levels. Although based at the offices in Egham, the role is national and travel will be required. Responsibilities: Delivering and driving sales across all channels Prospecting new business opportunities Managing sales cycle, forecasting, pipeline management and reporting Creating and implementing strategic business plans, to deliver commercial outcomes with customers Establishing relationships with decision-makers Maintaining all CRM functions and reporting Targeted on creating new commercial opportunities and revenue growth Achieving monthly sales targets and KPI's About you: Proven sales / business development record Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt communication style where needed Exceptional organisational skills Ability to prioritise key accounts Exceptional negotiation skills are essential What's on offer: OTE up to £45k Company Car Laptop and mobile Sounds interesting?
