Wholesale Manager (US Market) 10am - 7pm Mon-Fri / Banbury based £38k plus £10k bonus An excellent opportunity to join my client, a fast growing, eCommerce retail company, in their expanding Wholesale team in Banbury as US Wholesale Manager has arisen. As Wholesale Manager, you will be working closely with the Head of Wholesale to deliver the US sales strategy and drive revenue and performance across the US market. You will be responsible for leading the US sales team and working with agents to ensure all targets are achieved. You will report to the Head of Wholesale. Hours will be between 10am-7pm as required to work with time zones. Some travel will be required. Basic salary £38k bonus of up to £10k As Wholesale Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Work with the Head of Wholesale to establish and execute a clear commercial strategy for the UK market to maximise wholesale revenue Managing the UK sales team and working collaboratively with sales agents to achieve company targets for retention and growth Proactively work with global wholesale managers to promote best practice and increase sales. Act as a main point of contact for all UK agents develop seasonal strategies, incentives around events and holidays to ensure company’s targets are achieved Ensure the Brand is well represented in stores and/or online and drive Marketing opportunities As Wholesale Manager, your key competencies will include: Excellent organisation and administration skills with a keen eye for detail 3 years’ experience in a similar role Experience of working in an entrepreneurial and driven environment Strong team management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent market awareness and analytical skills Strong commercial acumen Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building skills and the ability to influence
