Travel Manager- Worldwide Travel Comapny Glasgow Salary depending on experience plus very high commission and bonuses - depending on experience Jewels Travel & Hospitality Recruitment are working with a Worldwide Travel Company seeking a Travel Manager. Are you an Assistant Travel Manager or Supervisor seeking a new challenge or that next step in your career? A fantastic opportunity for Travel professionals to join an award winning Travel company seeking an Travel Manager to support, lead and managing a team of Travel Consultants responsible for selling long haul and luxury destinations worldwide. As a Travel Manager you must be flexible with working hours including weekends. This is a Full Time Permanent position. As a Travel Manager you will be required to motivate and develop your team of Travel Consultants to achieve sales targets; at the same time offering the highest standards of Customer Service to ensure the efficient running of the Travel shop, creating diverse tailor-made itineraries for your customers. Interact daily with customers to make them feel special and valued, personally dealing with any problems that arise to add a personal and professional touch. Experience Required: Experience of working within Travel (essential). Experience in selling worldwide and long haul Travel Destinations (essential). Management experience (desirable). Good understanding of Tour Operating. Excellent knowledge of at least one Travel Agent or Tour Operator Reservation Systems.
