This is a key role that has direct impact on the success of the business. By capitalising on every lead and enquiry they receive, maximises the number of opportunities for the Sales Team to close business and win new clients, which in turn has a positive impact on the Sales Department as a whole, by meeting and exceeding new business targets. In turn, this enables the company to continue to grow and offer more and more opportunity to everyone involved. As you become a trusted asset, you will begin to build relationships with our clients and key broker/agent partners via day-to-day contact and attending business events. It will be of key importance to both your success and the success of the business that these relationships are cultivated and maintained in a professional and fruitful manner. Overall, to be a full-time member of our 'Family' you have to be prepared to muck in and support wherever required (which can at times be out of hours). We don't do detailed job descriptions as there is no such thing as "this isn't my job". Some Responsibilities - A typical day in the life of Central Sales As you would expect in a small enterprise such as One Avenue, these responsibilities are subject to change and/or expansion as the company grows. Timely response to all incoming enquires to the company, with information returned on a same day Logging of leads and enquires in a fashion that supports internal data capture and Appointment making for sales Team viewings across the clients portfolio and the appropriate follow - ups as Assuming current processes and developing new ones to assist in streamlining the sales process and increasing Clear, effective communication both verbal and written to brokers, agents, prospective clients and fellow team Presentation of the company, both verbal and written to be compliant with the brands, values and Achievement of KPIs based on daily activity, pipeline management and enquiry-to-tour conversion (and supporting tour-to-deal conversation). Assisting in achievement of new workstation sales targets (i.e. clients) across the One Avenue portfolio and owning the commercial relationship with those clients moving All information given to brokers, agents and prospective clients on pricing and availability to be within a commercial, financial and legal structure (including IT and Telecoms) that's prior approved by the Executive and/or Commercial Building strong relationships with external intermediaries such as Broker community and the Commercial Real Estate Agent Compliance with the processes and procedures as laid down by the Utilising the systems and software provided by the company to present information externally and internally in the required format within the time frames laid down by the Developing a reputation internally and externally with clients and the wider industry for excellence, honesty and integrity in everything that you Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
