Insurance Sales Executive Barker Munro are proud to be working with this successful and growing insurance broker who are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join their Insurance sales team in north Kent As the Isnurance sales Executive, if you are able to demonstrate some of the following traits, we'd like to hear from you • A '’can do’’ attitude with a positive mind set • Be able to convert warm leads into sales • Motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets • Confident phone based telephone manner • Previous telephone sales exposure • Articulated, organised and totally customer focused • Be able to ask the right questions and match the client’s needs to the product • Able to work in a high pressure environment • Computer literate • Have the ability to overcome objections Insurance experience is preferred but not essential and training and development in the role will be provided. The successful candidate for the insurance sales executive role should have a good education and a professional and business-like approach at all times.
