Overview
A proactive, experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager is required to join an established office in Worthing, West Sussex. As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for Overseeing the day to day management of the branch Valuing and instructing properties to the market Managing and developing a sales team Setting and reviewing branch and staff targets Selling houses Maximising the income and profitability of the branch The company are an award winning estate agents with a network of offices in West Sussex. If you are a Branch Manager, or a top performing Sales Manager, looking to join an expanding company that invest in staff development & truly incentivise hard work, then this could be an ideal opportunity for you. This role is paying a basic salary up to £30,000 with a realistic OTE of £55,000. A company car or car allowance will be supplied along with various employee benefits.
