Job Title: Account Manager - software solutions Location: Home based or serviced office - Ideally located near Leeds - commute from Bradford / Wetherby / Harrogate / Wakefield / Castleford / Pontefract / Huddersfield / Halifax / Barnsley / Selby / York / Midlands / Salary: Circa £30K bonus benefits Role Description: Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Client Manager with strong relationship building skills and an interest in technology and software. This is a great opportunity to help build an already strong business and make a real impact. Duties & Responsibilities: Be the key link and relationship manager between the client and key stakeholders - account managers, sales & marketing, support, technical project management. Focus on relationship building and ensuring client satisfaction through ensuring the technical solution is fit for purpose and any enhancements are managed through successfully. Maintain regular client contact - email, phone and face to face. Understand the range of solutions on offer and be able to answer client questions and queries or escalate with technical experts where required. Work with technical team to ensure they take on technical developments. Uncovering opportunities and up-selling across their range of solutions. Attend internal and external team meetings to input to the development process and be in a position to update key stakeholders. Deliver necessary system training to the client. This role will require travel given the territory to be covered and will be fully expensed.
