Business Development Manager

We a recruiting for an experienced business development manager to join a rapidly growing commercial plumbing and draining company based in London. The basic salary for this role is £24,000 per annum, with OTE of £40,000 to £60,000 per annum. Associated Benefits 28 days annual leave Travel expenses Phone & Laptop Company pension Excellent career prospects The Candidate Experienced, passionate, self driven and ambitions person who is looking to take on and head-up a sales, key account and business development team Leader - with a view to taking on more staff in the future to build up this team Responsibilities Finding and developing new business Maintain customer relations Using CRM to maintain and develop sales Attend internal sales meetings Attend exhibitions, events and seminars as and when is required The ideal candidate will ideally have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role and a proven track record in sales, ideally in the construction industry and plumbing and draining Skills Excellent sales skills Self-managed and highly motivated High level of attention to detail Excellent written, oral and presentational communication skills Proficient in MS Office Confidentiality
