Overview
Veblen International have a fantastic opportunity for a confident Product Development Executive - the chance to work for an award-winning nail brand which is growing into an independent fast-growing beauty business The position involves assisting with delivering the product strategy, including new launches and existing line ups Other responsibilities include: Project ownership from start to finish (25-30 skus at any one time) Checking artworks and ensuring all regulatory aspects are covered Writing and amending detailed product briefs of new products, creating critical paths, and analysing their success Developing strong professional relationships with suppliers and manufacturers Maintaining knowledge of new beauty trends, implementing them into trend driven products Project management from sign off to delivery Ensuring all products arrive on time and at the appropriate level of quality Liaising with internal/external teams on timings and project tasks Conducting research on competitors to understand the company’s market position SWOT analysis on the product portfolio, translating results into the product development strategy Candidate requirements: Solid product development experience Excellent communication skills Passionate about the beauty industry A self-starter with an enthusiastic approach Strong organisational abilities As part of the application process, we will store your details on our database.
