Lettings Manager

Davis Tate are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager/Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in Didcot. Key responsibilities include: leading & managing the Lettings Team in Didcot; liaising with landlords to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximise lettings value; valuing properties; handling enquiries from potential clients; negotiating the letting of properties; producing reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material; ensuring legal compliance; meeting targets; ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The individual should have: A minimum of 4 years lettings experience A valid UK driving licence Good negotiation and influencing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An excellent telephone manner Live within a reasonable driving distance of Abingdon An organised and methodical approach Ability to build excellent customer relationships We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
