An opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced Property Manager to join their team . Main Responsibilities for this Property Manager role: ·Responsibility for a portfolio of managed properties ·Dealing with and organising any maintenance and repair works to be carried out ·Conducting Property Inspections ·Ensuring all properties are compliant including safety certificates ·Building and maintaining a strong relationship with all landlords and tenants.
