Overview

Experienced letting property managers who are looking to join a successful estate agent in Bournemouth please read on Our client is an independent sales and lettings agent with a superb reputation within this popular area of the town. They are looking for an experienced lettings property manager to join their close-knit team (Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm) to look after their portfolio of c.250 properties. Duties within this role will include: Organising and conducting inspections visits and organising any works which are flagged up Dealing with daily maintenance reports Liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords Responding in a timely manner to urgent and non-urgent maintenance issues Liaising with utility companies and pro-rata rents to ensure appropriate charges are made while keeping records up-to-date Dealing with contractor invoices Ensuring safety and legal compliance of all properties Dealing with property changeovers Assisting with deposit returns (when required) Assisting with property accounts Booking check-out reports Dealing with gas safety certificates etc. They are looking for an organised and articulate person, with an outgoing personality, who is well-presented and a person who enjoys working within a friendly team environment. There are 5 weeks holiday (some of which needs to be allocated to Christmas closure) plus Bank Holidays and a salary of c.£22/£24,000 (DoE).
