Docklands Prestige Residential is an independent agency based in E14 next to Canary Wharf Pier. We are seeking a Lettings and Sales Negotiator to join our friendly team in our busy, established office. Here at DPR we take a pro-active approach to lettings and our ability to provide our clients with a quick and efficient personalised service. The market is competitive, so we need someone that is highly energetic and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done Our dynamic Lettings and Sales Negotiators are the face of the business and assist the Office Manager in developing and growing the business. Your day to day role with include: Register applicants for both Sales and Lettings. Arrange appointments and carry out viewings. Negotiate offers between parties. Liaise with admin staff and oversee individual deals through to completion. Build relationships with Landlords and Vendors to encourage repeat business and recommendations; being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business Actively promote the company, identify new business and liaise with the Manager to grow the client base. Generally, assist in the smooth running of the office. Skills Required: Lots of Drive and Ambition; self-starter with initiative if you need prompting this role is not for you Sales Skills Punctual Excellent Communication Skill Hardworking Trustworthy Quick Learner Clean Drivers Licence Basic Salary: £15,000 plus Commission, Bonuses and use of company car.
