Parts Sales Advisor

The Parts Sales Division of The Haynes Group is looking for a: Parts Sales Advisor Maidstone Full time Alternative Saturdays (half day) Competitive We are looking to recruit a Parts Sales Advisor with excellent communication skills. The right candidate will be numerate and literate with a prompt, courteous professional manner and good IT skills with the ability to prioritize their day to day workload. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for selling and processing of parts orders for the Ford, Fiat and Iveco Workshops, ensuring all parts requests are managed effectively. Motor trade experience would be beneficial. Monday - Friday with alternative half day Saturdays. Role Purpose : Maintain a high standard in customer care. Keep comprehensive, detailed and timely records. Manage stock control and warehouse processes. Exemplify Haynes Purpose, Principles and Ambition. Qualifications, Skills and Experience : Good Maths and English qualifications. Good knowledge of IT, in particular Microsoft Office.
