Outbound Telesales Executive - Permanent, Full Time Derby £20,000 to £25,000 p.a. OTE Do you have a driven, 'can do’ attitude with experience in generating leads through outbound calling? The Company: Eileen Richards Recruitment are pleased to be working exclusively with our client, who are an award-winning, global company based in Derby. They are looking for a driven Outbound Telesales Executive who is looking to jump straight in with their enthusiasm and creativity for the role to generate sales leads, and be supported in your development within a vibrant and eager team. Role & Responsibilities of the Outbound Telesales Executive: Perform telemarketing calls to identify, generate sales opportunities and book appointments in line with KPI’s Work with the Business Development Manager and MD to convert prospects into meetings and then into revenue Conduct prospecting via internal database and external sources Record progress and update internal records using a CRM system Develop, manage and chase a pipeline and be able to forecast the likelihood of it converting to your line manager Customer contact via incoming and outgoing calls and email Delivery of the best possible customer service About You as the Outbound Telesales Executive: Some B2B sales experience is essential - ideally in your most recent role Experience within the software and data service industry desired but not essential (training will be given) Good interpersonal skills Be adaptable and think outside the box Possess positive and 'can do’ attitude Ability to communicate clearly both on the telephone and in writing Must be highly motivated and able to work independently Please note by applying for this role you give consent for Eileen Richards Recruitment to retain your CV for up to 24 months for the purposes of assisting you to find your next role unless you notify us otherwise.
