Sales made to Hospitals, Wholesale, Over Labelling and the Export market. Role profile - It is worth noting that this role affords the appointed person an opportunity to build and structure the marketing department from base - initially they will have one direct report and considerable autonomy (and accountability) for all marketing activities. The Product Manager will own the complete marketing mix for the portfolio - promotion, price, product, place, people, process and physical evidence. The role demands a candidate who can work well with internal stakeholders (including the Commercial Director and CEO) and is also able to forger long term strategic relationships with external stakeholders (Customer Engagement). The role will demand a broad variety of marketing / product management skills encompassing competitor analysis, product placement, customer engagement - face to face visits and trade fairs, developing focus groups, development of sales tools and overall ownerships of the portfolio, The role demands a candidate with strong attention to product financials (pricing, growth percentages, market share etc.) who can work well in strategic cross functional teams. Key to the role will be Product Management, Product Launch, Production of literature and materials, Conferences and Congresses and Website ownership. The appointed person will be expected to forge excellent relationships with external marketing agencies to build the brand. Candidate - • Experienced product manager / marketing professional (3 years). Management is desirable but not essential. • Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Healthcare of Life Science sectors • Broad marketing experience involving promotion, price, product, place, people, process and physical evidence.
