Overview

We are currently working with an industry leading manufacturer, who due to continued growth and expansion, are looking to add a Sales Trainer to the team. This is a field based role, with occasional overnight stays, where you will be required to support a wide range of blue-chip key accounts in the South of England (London, South West, South Coast, Home Counties). The Sales Trainer will be responsible for training and supporting our existing Key Account colleagues across multiple business areas including worktop planning skills, costing designs using our current system tools and ensuring correct processes are being followed to increase sales and enhance the customer experience. Sales Trainer Roles and Responsibilities Sales Trainer, BDM, Account Manager, Sales, Training, Kitchens, Work Surfaces, Work Tops, KBB, Kitchen appliances Analysis of training needs for our Key Accounts Support with design of training modules delivered at the Branches or in our training centre Delivery of multiple training modules/programmes aligned to the needs of the business Evaluation and analysis of results of delivered training Provide feedback on all training delegates to relevant line managers Collate, review and assess training feedback from delegates.
