Lettings/Sales Negotiator

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Premier Estate (&Letting) Agents Ltd for a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our fabulous team. The candidate will be hard-working, enthusiastic and reliable. Experience is essential and you must be a clear and professional communicator, delivering excellent customer service both over the phone and face to face. You need to be able to use your own initiative and create business opportunities which is a key element to this role. The role will be predominantly Lettings but you will be required to help the Sales team depending on the needs of the business. The role include all aspects of Lettings/Sales negotiation including building relationships with Landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers alike We will require; Previous lettings experience good computer and IT skills Excellent organisation skills strong communicator good telephone manner Business development skills driven towards targets set be presentable and punctual at all times flexibility full clean driving licence and access to your own car Benefits include, 20 days holiday per annum Pension scheme competitive salary petrol allowance
