Telecoms Operations Manager The Company: Our client is a hugely successful and established blue chip telecoms company who offer secure cloud technologies, reliable internet, bespoke communication systems and the best mobile coverage to SME's in their territory. They are passionate, forward thinking and one of the market leaders in their industry. The Role: Telecoms Operations Manager working alongside the sales team to ensure a smooth, time efficient and cost effective process for both the company and the client. Based in South West London Working Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience plus a very generous uncapped commission structure Duties/ Responsibilities : Order processing - Inputting initial order for business telecoms products/services i.e. Broadband, Voip, Switch etc Overseeing sales process from initial call through to installation and after care to include: queries, faults, delivery updates, installation information, invoice/payment queries. Ensuring orders are processed swiftly and correctly in a timely manner Following up on orders placed and ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the whole process from initial order through to installation and job completion Dealing with complaints and queries from clients Issuing / chasing invoices Correcting invoices/credit for business clients Successful candidates will have experience in a similar operations role preferably in the telecoms industry with knowledge of systems, processes and procedures.
