Retail Management experience is essential and we are looking for a colleague who shares our value that 'retail is detail’ with a 'just do it’ attitude. Reporting into the Area Manager you will have overall responsibility for the running of the store, this includes, managing sales growth, store standards, Health and Safety and developing, mentoring and training colleagues.
