Recruitment Consultant

Due to one of our award winning consultants going on maternity leave, Adecco Southend is currently recruiting for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our passionate and fun team. You will be joining our Award Winning Perms Division who won awards in 2018 and 2019, so why not learning from the best in the business to be the best Recruitment experience is desirable however not essential but you would need to enjoy sales and be part of a fast-paced environment Full training will be provided and ongoing. Working Hours are 9:00 am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 basic Commission benefits. This is a maternity contract of 12 months initially and can start ASAP. Responsibilities: Provide a warm and professional welcome for all visitors to the branch to ensure that the first impressions and contact with Adecco are positive Deal effectively with client and candidate queries and resolve them in a timely fashion. Collaborate with all members of the team to achieve the objectives/targets of the branch Conduct sales calls in order to introduce Adecco services to clients. Arrange client meetings gain client commitment and keep abreast of their needs. Interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, previous employment and availability - match to suitable vacancies. If no suitable vacancy exists, contact clients in an endeavour to obtain a suitable role. Generate leads from all possible sources including networking Present candidate details to the client and arrange an interview, where appropriate, optimise all opportunities to sell the services of Adecco. Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market Negotiate with clients resulting in a positive revenue stream for the business Understand that the role is fast-paced, and target driven, with daily structure and activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
