My Client is a leading specialist in refrigeration, ventilation, heating, electrical services and air conditioning. They have offices based in London, Oxford, Essex and Cambridge, and their services cover all of Greater London, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. At this moment in time that have an opportunity for Technical Sales Engineer to join there business in the London office selling market leading range of Air Conditioning Design-Installation-Service-Maintenance. THE ROLE Selling market leading range of Air Conditioning Design-Installation-Service-Maintenance. Generate new revenue from potential businesses situated within the M25 to grow the company Providing engineering/management & design bespoke solutions to our potential clients needs. Daily Tasks/Responsibilities Sales enquiries (telesales, cold calling, lead generation) Design and load calculations. Plant Selection. Quotation and proposal. Project/Contract management Health and safety management RAMS and site-specific documentation Budget control Regular financial review Completion paperwork, IOM and handover certificate Maintenance contract generation and follow up THE PERSON Working knowledge of air conditioning is required, ideally an engineer looking to change his carrier from the tools to sales. Flexible and self-motivated to work independently from home and out on the road, with the benefit of an office to support you. THE PACKAGE A basic salary of £30k plus bonus structure Car/allowance, pension, holiday plus additional benefits. THE LOCATION London based.
