Role & Responsibilities: · Responsible for sections of inbound leads including monitoring, tracking and converting into sales · Establishing business relationships and regular contact with all prospective clients and ongoing support/recommendations · Researching and recommending new opportunities for prospect and current clients · Identification of product improvements and new products by keeping up to date with current industry trends, market activity and competitor actions · Maintain highest level of service quality via establishing and enforcing company standards · Obtaining ongoing professional and technical knowledge by attending training, workshops, establishing networks and participating in professional societies. · Team work contributing to the accomplishment of personal, team and company targets Skills & Experience: · Desirable: Sales experience · Computer literate/IT literate (Strong) · Highly organised · Experience working under pressure/to tight deadlines · Strong communication/interpersonal skills · Team player · Confident and engaging telephone manner · Attention to detail and self-motivation Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 per annum basic (DOE) commission Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 17:30pm) Company benefits: Extensive list Please note that we will be contacting candidates which we feel are suitable for the vacancy advertised based on relevant previous experience and skills/qualifications.
