Overview

Working for one of the most prestigious British kitchen companies, as a Kitchen Sales Designer , you will provide an exceptional consultative sales service dealing with high-end luxury clients. Due to the current Covid-19 crisis, this role is currently on hold, but we are taking applications in light of this situation being resolved in the not too distant future. They offer a bespoke , hand-made product and their stunning kitchens are built to last and each design can be customised and personalised to their clients’ exact needs and tastes. This is a career opportunity, not just a job. Previous kitchen sales design experience is not essential for this role as training is provided This is a target driven sales role with the potential to earn real commission, due to the luxury clients and kitchens you will be offering. You should have previous target driven sales experience and you should be able to demonstrate your sales success. As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll be at the heart of the business playing a vital role in the success of the branch. You will work closely with customers listening carefully to what they want and understand their needs. You’ll visit customers’ homes, draw up inspirational designs on ArtiCAD (training provided) and present them to the customers. The ability to maximise margins is key & always be looking to 'upsell’ to maximise sales. Being a target driven Sales Consultant role, you will manage and seek out your own sales leads to ensure you are rewarded by the competitive commission structure offered. Project management skills are also important as you’ll be account managing clients from initial interest right through to completion. Some design interest is also preferable. A driving license is key due to the home consultations you will provide. Some weekend working is also required so flexibility to do this is important. A £24,000 basic starting salary is offered, with excellent commission potential on top. Realistically in Year 1 you should be earning c.£35-40K OTE as it will take time to build your client portfolio, but by Year 2 you should be earning £50K. Top earners are making MUCH more than that.
