Construction Recruitment Operations/Branch Manager £40-50k Bonus Car allowance Halo Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic and growing recruitment business based in Southampton who are looking for a Recruitment Team Manager/ Operations manager to join their team This is a fantastic opportunity for a experienced manager or a very experienced consultant looking to take the next step or someone with extensive sales team management experience within the construction industry. The main purpose of the role is to manage all of the funtions witin the busy office and motivate the team ensuring kpis are hit, processes are being dealt with in a proper manner, reporting , and running the operation of the sales office and to ultimately build on their very impressive client base.
