My client are a well established Estate Agency based in Swiss Cottage who also deal with surrounding areas such as Hampstead and Belsize Park. They are excited to be growing and are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator with approximately 2 years' experience to join their team This is an amazing opportunity to join a friendly, busy company and hit the ground running. The role in brief: Arranging viewings with applicants Maintaining contact with applicants Matching their requirements Receiving offers Liaising with landlords Handling the negotiation You will: Be skilled in negotiation, Have a competitive nature, Target Driven Someone who can hit the ground running Be well presented Be able to build a great rapport with your team and clients Be efficient Be Hard working Be ambitious Basic salary up to £25,000 depending on experience. You can expect On Target Earnings of £40,000-£50,000 in your first year It is essential that you are a driver and access to your own car is beneficial. There is possible access to a Company Car. Working hours: 9am-6.30/7pm Saturdays are for viewings only. Interviewing immediately
