Lettings Negotiator - Bath - up to £18k My client is an independent Lettings and Estate Agency who have been established in the Bath area for several years. They have a busy and vibrant office situated within the historic City of Bath. My clients strive to deliver an exemplary level of service and they offer training, support and career progression. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator with at least 6 months experience. The role will involve carrying out viewings therefore you will need a full driving licence and your own car for which mileage will be paid. The main responsibilities within this role include: •Arranging and conducting viewings •Giving feedback to landlords •Successfully negotiating offers •Taking applications Essential skills •Lettings experience •Excellent presentation and communication Skills •Full UK driving licence car
