Zachary Daniels has partnered with a Yorkshire based supplier to the retail and wholesale sector. With both high demand and an innovative product pipeline we are looking for an experienced, dynamic and energetic Sales Manager to manage, develop and deliver the group's sales and growth in the convenience and independent retail channel. The Role Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for regions and territories Developing sales strategies and plans for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability Managing the sales team and achieving and exceeding the sales targets Working closely with retailers to develop their businesses as their preferred partner Developing the convenience channel across independents and symbol groups Required Skills & Experience: Previous experience within an retail facing sales manager role Experience of managing regional sales teams A proven track record of developing revenue Able to communicate at all levels Previous P&L responsibility experience The Person To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track-record in field sales and the ability to both build upon existing relationships and develop new ones. You will need an adaptable style, a positive demeanor and strong closing skills. If you have experience in the Convenience industry or have previously sold to independent retailers this is preferred.
