Requirement Recruitment Consultant & Managing Consultant Sector IT and Digital ,Pharmaceutical ,Executive ,International Search Package to £50k basic depending on experience Role Due to planned growth an opening has arisen for a IT and Digital Recruitment Consultant and a Pharmaceutical international executive search to join one of the most highly regarded recruitment consultancies on the market within the Yorkshire office . Working within a fast-paced sales environment, you will manage the full recruitment cycle. Day to day tasks will range with a strong emphasis being placed on developing lasting business relationships, both with existing and prospective clients, interviewing candidates and handling vacancies from taking in the initial job description to negotiating the final offer. We require a recruitment Consultant / Fee Earner to work alongside the already established team. You need to have a natural sales ability, be hard working, enthusiastic and have drive, initiative and an ambition to succeed. A proven background of developing successful business contacts and building and managing lasting customer relationships is essential. You will be required to have a minimum of 1 years experience working within a quality focused, customer facing recruitment market, a proven and successful track record within a sales/target-driven environment. As you would expect, recruitment experience in IT and Digital ,Pharmaceutical ,Executive ,International Search will be an advantage This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant looking for career progression as the company have demonstrated that recruitment consultants showing the desired skills and attitude will quickly be fast tracked to Senior Consultant and Team Management positions if desired.
