Position: Lettings Branch Manager We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Preston, to fill the role of Lettings Branch Manager within this well respected Lettings Agency. We want to hear from energetic Lettings or Estate Agency professionals with previous experience with lettings. Do you build and maintain strong client relationships? Are you a motivated multi-tasker keen to gain managerial experience? If this is you, read on The Role: As a Lettings Manager you will be working with a leading Lettings brand. As well as bring responsible for overseeing the lettings for this office, you will also manage staff, oversee all property management and carry out lettings valuations. At all times, you will be expected to conduct yourself professionally and in line with the Letting Agency’s Company ethos in delivering a first-class service. Based: Burnley Required: Previous Lettings experience required. Proven track record of winning new business People Management Skills Presentable. Full UK driving license and use of own car.
