Public Sector Account Manager Basic to 40k plus bonuses COMPANY A market leading multidiscipline recruiter with a great reputation in the sector. Operating across both public and private sectors, this organisation has an immediate need for an account manager to run one of its largest clients in the IT recruitment space due to its continued expansion. ROLE The role is to manage the delivery of perm and contract placements into one of my client's most successful accounts. The position is based between their offices in Bristol and on site where you will be working on high clearance roles on an exclusive basis. You will be working with a highly engaged customer with ongoing requirements, so this is a complex and challenging opportunity for an experienced recruiter. This role is not a delivery role, rather more a facilitator, feeding the work through to delivery, selling the candidates into the client and ensuring the whole process runs smoothly, PERSON This will suit a successful IT contract or perm recruiter or account manager who can develop a niche account to further success. You will have a proven record demonstrating your recruitment ability and will be well versed in face to face client relationship management and opening additional doors. You should be confident enough to ask for more business and will proactively seek out new opportunities too. You will be required to manage conflict as and when it arises too, so customer service skills are important as well. You will be happy to travel on a weekly basis to the client site 2-3 times a week. PACKAGE Salary will reflect experience and likely to be in the £30k - £40k bracket plus bonuses.
