Overview
Software Sales Business Development Manager - Wembley, North London We require a passionate, energetic and motivated sales executive who thrives within a lively sales environment and wishes to develop their sales career further within the IT sector. The Sales Executive will receive a full software product-training programme with continuing professional development. The candidate should have excellent attention to detail and thrive on work that is often fast-paced and challenging. Benefits: £25,000 - £30,000 basic per annum, realistic OTE of £50,000 Attractive uncapped commission scheme Monthly company performance bonus Excellent contributory pension scheme Full training programme Opportunities for promotion and career progression 23 days Holiday Bank Holidays As Business Development Manager at our North London Wembley office you will: Engage with business customers to identify, cultivate and close business opportunities Be proactive, making outbound calls/emails to existing, lapsed and potential customers Develop and maintain good customer relationships Negotiate terms and pricing/discounts with customers Work towards targets and monitor pipeline The ideal Account Manager will have the following qualities: Minimum of two years’ sales experience Proven track record in a similar intensive targeted sales environment Excellent communication skills and comfortable negotiating at all levels Have initiative and a pro-active, enthusiastic 'can do’ attitude Opportunity profiling, forecasting and closing ability Experience/knowledge within the IT sector advantageous but not essential QBS Software Ltd (QBS) offers excellent career opportunities as one of UK’s fastest growing software resellers and distributors.
