If so, then an opportunity has arisen here at Conrad Consulting within our Edinburgh office for an aspiring Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We are looking to speak with candidates with a strong background in delivering a customer focused and negotiation driven service, who can show a high level of determination and resilience to succeed within their dedicated markets. At Conrad Consulting we specialise in the markets of Construction, Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, Traffic & Transport and Geo/Environmental Engineering. Our Edinburgh office is based centrally on Queen Street, with a luxurious fit-out, spacious layout, a private bar and views over queen street gardens. We offer a market leading uncapped commission structure, an annual bonus, quarterly target club, consultant of the month prizes, overseas AGM's and top performers trip (for 2020 we are going to Miami). We are also accommodating of any flexible working requirements our staff may need, provide extended lunch breaks to use the gym, early finishes on a Friday (pub anyone?), go on regular social nights/incentive days and shut down over the festive period so you can spend more time with friends and family. About you? It's likely you will have experience working in customer service or sales environment. Those with experience in professional services are often a good fit.
