Overview
A specification and contractor led sales role securing specifications for a leading range of heat interface units and high-rise plumbing and heating solutions. Package : £45k-£55k basic, £6k-£8k uncapped OTE company car, laptop, mobile healthcare & pension Territory: London and South East Selling: Heat interface units and district plumbing & heating solutions Customers: M&E contractors, consultants, high-rise developers, local authorities & housing associations THE ROLE - Area Specification Sales Manager: - A specification and contractor led sales role, creating demand for my client’s range of district plumbing & heating solutions. - Emphasis will be on their range of heat interface units, tracking and winning high rise projects. - Typically new build contracts for care homes, flats and apartments. - Winning specifications with m&e consultants, and tracking them through to the contractors & installers. - Whilst equally creating demand and influencing the local authorities and housing associations. THE PERSON: - Most importantly you will have some commercial sales experience from within the m&e sector. - This could be from within plumbing and heating, or even building services. - Either way you will be comfortable with a technical and consultative solution sell. - Specification sales experience is not required, as my client is happy to train on this part of the role.
