We have a number of positions available for this role and the shifts on offer are Mon-Fri 5.30pm - 12.30am and Sunday 3.30pm - 11.30pm. The People team are passionate about training. We are committed to the company's learning culture and ensuring that all operational personnel have the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies required to support the sites vision. There is no such thing as a typical day at Birtwistle's which makes it all the more fun. A main focus of your role will be to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for taking sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You will have telesales experience and will be confident in presenting products over the phone and building rapport. Main responsibilities of the role will include; To contact existing customers to obtain their order Take and process orders in an accurate manner Answer questions about the products Ask questions to understand the customers' requirements Direct prospective customers to the Field Sales team when required Entering email orders Telesales Executive | Telesales | Sales | Administration | Negotiation | Telephony | Communication | Lead Generation | Prospecting Essential Skills Experience in a similar role. Ability to demonstrate excellent levels of concentration and communication skills. You will also need to have good IT skills. Desirable Skills Team contribution and motivational skills. Knowledge of fresh meat, packaging and specifications. About Company Birtwistle's started life as a family butcher over 100 years ago.
