Overview

Account Manager- Business Development Sales. £60k We are a 50 year old, global company with multimillion turnover looking to take on account managers for new sales desks based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire to tie in with our new product launch. We specialise in Franking Machines, email encryption & office automation. Top On Target Earnings within this role are: £35,000 year one £50,000 year two £60,000 year three ZERO COLD CALLING. You will be passed approximately 10 qualified leads every day This is a commission driven role with additional bonuses and incentives for top earners. You will have a team of 2 openers passing leads to you every working day. The basic salary for this position is £18,000 - £22,000 pa. Full product and on-going sales training will be provided for all, regardless of experience. You are expected to make as many quality calls as possible in any given day. Your hunger for money, rapport building skills and telephone technique are imperative. Leads will be supplied to you from day one. Self-prospecting (LinkedIn) would also be expected. Successful applicants will need to: Have an excellent telephone voice Be intelligent and able to think on your feet Have strong sales ability, ideally demonstrated within employment to UK market Be financially astute & technologically savvy Have determination to succeed within a sales role. T Be PC literate and comfortable using Microsoft Excel Work between 9am - 5.30pm Be available to commence employment ASAP The interview process will be a one on one meeting in Hoddesdon.
