Senior Sales Negotiator - Stourbridge - £30k Package My client is a distinguished and professional Independent Estate and Lettings Agency brand who have been established in the West Midlands for many years. They are now looking for a professional and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Stourbridge. Your Main Duties within this Senior Sales Negotiator role will include: ·Arranging and conducting Viewings ·Successfully negotiating offers ·Progressing sales through to a swift completion. ·Maintaining regular communication with all Vendors advising and informing them on their sale. ·Maintaining regular communication with purchasers ensuring they are aware of all suitable properties.
