Overview
A leading Housing Association is currently looking for a Lettings Negotiator with a driving licence for a temporary role for 6-12 months Key responsibilities Dealing with all new applications and qualifying them Showing rental properties on a regular basis by car around London Processing of applications once someone has decided on a property Dealing with tenancy renewals Site completions of new tenancies Void inspections Essential Requirements Ideally have a similar background for either a Housing association or Agency Must have a current driving licence, a car will be provided Excellent communication skills Someone who is able and keen to do viewings after 6pm in the evenings Must be immediately available or on short notice Able to commit to 6-12 months
