Business Development Manager (office based) Sector - Software International Regional Focus Salary: Circa £30k commission (OTE £45k) Hertford Our client is a market leading software company based in Hertfordshire, They have been established for 25 years, covering the Nordic region. They specialise in providing online solutions and have an established reputation for both great products and excellent customer service. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated Business Development Manager to join their team and manage their expansion into new territories whilst supporting the UK market. Responsible for defined international territories you will create and manage opportunities, demonstrate their solution, retain and grow the business and enhance our market position. Their software is available either as an on-premise, or a SAAS solution.Critical to success is the need to develop strong working relationships with customers.Strong client communication skills are essential, plus the ability to communicate technical concepts both inside and outside the business. Responsibilities: Generating leads, and converting leads into sales Meeting financial targets and KPIs Management of tender responses The successful applicant will have: An outgoing personality with a can do attitude Experience in a technical software sales role
